- Quote Sheet Combined Synopsis Solicitation Performance Work Statement 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is FA4819-18-Q-6008 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. 4. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210. The applicable small business size standard is $38.5 Million.
