This is an unrestricted œbest value competitive procurement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services, and the size standard is $27.5 million. The FAA plans to award one (1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), hybrid fixed price award fee (FPAF), fixed price (FP) with performance adjustments, fixed price (FP), and time and materials (T&M) contract with a ten (10) year period of performance.
