SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following items listed below: This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron is looking for companies that can provide the following items. The Q-Flow system allows for prioritizing based on patient categories of Active Duty in Uniform, Civilians, PRP, etc. The software of Q-Flow provides self-service check-in, customer verification, automated wait time alerts, customer tracking, visual and audible customer notification and real time and historical reporting. This system maybe developed for the entire clinic as a tool to control and direct patient flow. Patient feedback and OHI reporting are also available options. Operation Conditions: Q-Flow is a queue management system. The hardware and software package directs patient flow within the pharmacy. Patients check-in at the pharmacy kiosk and obtain a ticket when complete. The patient may either be seated in the waiting area or go to another area in the clinic. When the prescription is ready to be dispensed the unique number associated with the prescription will be displayed on a monitor, announced via automated voice and/or text messaged to the patient. The patient can track progress of their prescription by checking the display monitor or by rescanning their ticket at the kiosk. The designated NAICS Code is 334111 and a Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. Your response shall include the following information: • Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.) and if your company is registered in SAM.gov Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. The information should be sent to 55 CONS via e-mail to blia.yang@us.af.mil by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on 30 November 2017. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
