- Sources Sought--HD Digital Video Capture Package 502d Contracting Squadron Request for Information for Sources Sought Video Stroboscopy System RFI No. FM30477210129 This is an informal notice for Sources Sought or Request for Information (RFI) in search of potential vendor(s) that supply the products outlined herein and capable of providing a firm-fixed price for shipment and delivery. This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Quote/Proposals, nor should it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this RFI. Further, the information collected by means of this market research will be exclusively used to help guide the strategy of this requirement; therefore, contractors are encouraged to participate in the survey at the end of this document and provide the data corresponding with this sources sought. Once more, this notice is an announcement seeking information for potential suppliers capable of providing products herein. Questions over the telephone will not be taken. Keep in mind, this is a sources sought to help identify if there are any potential offerors and to research the federal market to understand the competition. This RFI does not commit the Government to enter into any contractual agreement, nor will the Government pay for any information requested hereunder. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this research. Responses must be received by: 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Wednesday, November 29, 2017 Please email responses to the address above.
