AMENDMENT A0003: This Amendment is to add additional services. Please provide quotes by 11/14/2017 5:00 PM EST - Lube Oil o Approximately 1200 gallons o Specific oil brand name and number: #Mobile DelVac MX 15W40# or the equivalent new version #Mobile DelVac Super 1300 15W40#, no substitutes accepted. o Delivery by truck in bulk is preferred. Vendor must provide pump and pump from truck to ship. Delivery by truck in 55 gallon drums is acceptable; however in that case, the vendor must provide pump, pump from truck to ship, remove/ dispose all drums. - Bilge Water & Oil Residue (including used oil tank) Removal and Disposal o Up to 4,000 gallons total (including oily water, bilge water and used oil) o Off load by truck and proper disposal **All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.** AMENDMENT A0004 THIS AMENDMENT #:0004 TO SOLICITATION EE-133M-18-RQ-0016 IS TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING: 1. DUE TO MISSION REQUIREMENT AND DRYDOCK SCHEDULED THIS SOLICITATION IS NOW SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 2. ONCE MISSION REQUIREMENTS CHANGES ARE PROVIDED, A NEW MODIFICATION AND/OR AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED AT LATER TIME VIA FBO. 3.
