- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) type contract, with an estimated contract value of $1,400,000. The proposed action is for the acquisition detailed below (Table 1). Table 1 : NSN Nomenclature Part Number 2815-01-462-2289 30kW TQG Engine 4045TF151 2815-01-462-3596 60kW TQG Engine 6068TF151 This acquisition is in support for the diesel engine model 4045TF151, 4 cylinder, 4.5 liter and diesel engine model 6068TF151, 6 cylinder, 6.8 liter. The specific items being sought support sustainment and function of the 30 kW Tactical Quiet Generators (TQG), MEP-805B and MEP-815B and the 60 kW Tactical Quiet Generators (TQG), MEP-806B and MEP-816B. There is no reasonable expectation of receiving offers from at least two or more Small Businesses offering the domestic product of different Small Business concerns and the waiver of non-manufacturer rule does not apply so this acquisition will not be a set-aside. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
