Description

Statement of Work Sterilizer Chamber Cleaning VA NJ HCS East Orange, NJ Background: The SPS has two sterilizers (Steris Evolution HC-1200 sn 033541027 and 030181121) and 2 sterilizers in the OR (Steris Prevac sn 012530108 and 012540110) that needs chamber cleaning. The chamber cleaning must be done on a semi-annual schedule. The purpose of having to clean the chambers is to be compliant with the manufactures specs. on chamber cleaning. Having the chambers cleaned gives us better steam pressure and temperature within the sterilizer. It gives a much better and more accurate reading of temp and pressure. We would like a base and 4 option year contract term on these 4 sterilizers. Objectives: The vendor will provide all parts, labor, materials and services necessary to install brackets and monitors to operate according to manufactures specs. The contractor will provide repair service which may consist of calibration, adjusting, replacing parts and maintaining the equipment, including all intervening calls necessary between regular services calibration. The contractor will provide documentation of parts replaced and calibration of unit. Period of Performance: 30 days after receipt of order. Place of Performance: VANJHCS East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, New Jersey 07018 Warranty: One year at a minimum
