Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide general maintenance services for the VA Montana Health Care System, Miles City Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 210 S. Winchester, Miles City, MT 59301. Contractor's personnel shall provide minor plumbing repairs (faucets, showers & toilets), minor steam leak repairs, perform as the low-pressure boiler operator to back up the VA boiler operators, painter, carpenter, and provide general maintenance. It also includes emptying outside trash receptacles, checking boilers, unclogging/repairing sinks and toilets, changing light bulbs, replacing broken ceiling tiles, moving furniture, hanging pictures, assist with moving laundry carts when needed for laundry contractor to pick up and drop off, haul recycle materials to recycle center as needed in the VA truck and trailer. The NAICS code is 561210- Facilities Support Services and Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 million. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer. Any questions should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email address provided.
