- The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment surplus spare parts (Cylinder Assembly, Actuating Linear) applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter using limited competition to qualified sources. Solicitation SPRWA1-18-Q-0001 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused Commercial Surplus to obtain 1 each of the item labeled: Cylinder Assembly. Only New/Unused Surplus will be considered. This item has been designated as a Flight Safety Part and an Aviation Critical Safety Item (CSI). Public Law 108-136 Section 802 establishes the requirement for Aviation CSIs to be procured only from sources approved/qualified by the cognizant government engineering authority.
