NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans' Affairs, James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital (JAHVH) located in Tampa, FL intends to award a sole source firm fixed price for WES System manufactured by Protein Simple, a small business firm located at 3001 Orchard Parkway, San Jose, CA, 95134-2017 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 8 December 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quote and no solicitation will be published.
