- In accordance with FAR Part 36.600, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) anticipates awarding one Full-Service Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect-engineer (AE) services. AE services will include all pertinent work needed: conduct planning, scoping, preliminary and final design in support of several federally funded programs administered by WAPA. This is not a Request for Proposals. See attachment titled Request for Qualifications, October 2, 2017 for further information about the selection process. This amendment is to provide information regarding the oral presentations for the RFQ. Due to evaluations still taking place, the estimated date to conduct the oral presentations is extended to the week of January 15, 2018. An exact date will be known as the evaluations are finalized.
