- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! Solicitation W911SA-18-Q-3028 will be posted on FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) or before 08 December 2017. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents are discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Contractors will be not be directly notified of solicitation documents. This procurement is set aside as 100% Small Business under NAICS Code 221310, with a size standard of $27.5 Million. This solicitation is for Non-Personal Services. Contractor is to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Water Treatment Facility Maintenance Services at Facility IL045, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor shall furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The anticipated period of performance is 01 February 2018 through 31 January 2019. This requirement includes a Base Period, four (4) one-year option periods and the six month option to extend services.
