- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Ogden Delineated Area: Eastern Boundary : Harrison Boulevard (203) from Hwy 89 North to E. 1100 N. St. North Boundary : E. 1100 N. St. west to North Washington Boulevard, South to Larsen Ln., southwest to Harrisville Road (89), northwest on Harrisville road to Hwy 126, West Boundary : Hwy 126 south to W. Riverdale Rd. (26) South Boundary : W. Riverdale Rd. northeast to 40th St., 40 th St. east to Hwy 89, Hwy 89 south to Harrison Boulevard (203) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): [1,300] Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): [1,700] Space Type: warehouse and wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Government is seeking leased space, must have around 1,500 SF warehouse and any mix of 22,000 SF warehouse/wareyeard for a potential total of 23,500 SF warehouse. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Ogden, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
