FA4626-18-Q-0002 PORTABLE TOILETS This is a Sources Sought announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The 341st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential business sources to perform Portable Latrine Leasing OR Purchasing and servicing for 150 Launch Facilities located across approximately 13,800 square miles. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities homepage at www.eps.gov as available. Work consists of providing 150 portable latrines, one at each of the 150 remote locations, and the accompanying monthly servicing, some as many as 150 miles away from Malmstrom AFB, MT. Each portable latrine must be an "Enhanced Access Unit" at least 60 inches wide by 60 inches deep and 80 inches high with a minimum 35 gallon holding tank. Additionally at least 100 units must be trailer mounted on DOT certified road worthy trailers. Portable toilets must be capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions including high winds and freezing temperatures. Additionally delivery of the first increment of at least 25 units must be within 7 days of award. EXPEDITED ABILITY TO RESPOND AND PERFORM IS CRITICAL. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for a basic year of performance beginning 15 Dec 17, with four, one-year options. It is anticipated that a firm, fixed-price (FFP) contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System code is 562991. The Solicitation will be posted at FedBizOps ( https://www.fbo.gov ) electronically, on or about 12 Dec 17. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission ONLY. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM#1 ). All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Once the Solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief statement of current capability and letter of interest. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide the following information: 1) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size; 2) a list of your most recent and relevant DoD or commercial contracts (not to exceed three) to include names, points of contact, phone numbers, value and type of contract, period of performance, and brief description; and 3) information telling us about your company and why you think you can perform this service. Respondents are asked to limit submissions to 5 pages or less, or the minimum number of pages necessary to address the requirements specified in this announcement. Any information provided is voluntary. The sources sought is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
