- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of the United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 100,000 BOMA usable square feet of office, secure space, clean space, high ADP, warehouse, and related space for the Internal Revenue Service in an existing building. Lease is tentatively for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than January 12, 2019. First consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Marriott-Slatersville, Utah. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries in the above stated precedence, other alternative sites, will be considered. Space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the request for proposal and resultant lease. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be within the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
