- This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market conditions relative to NAICS 561320 with a size standard $27.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), on behalf of VA NWIHCS is seeking to identify any vendor capable of to provide Dermatology Physician Services. The proposed contract vehicle will be for a period of one year with 4 option years. Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatology Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VA NWIHCS. Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish services at the VA NWIHCS, Omaha Division, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Dermatology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System (hereinafter referred to as VAMC). The contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of Dermatology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) http://www.aad.org/education/clinical-guidelines Period of Performance: 12-month period, from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 Responses to these sources sought must include the following information. 1. General Information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available. 2. Socio-economic status of business (i.e. SDVOSB/VOSB) 3. Will your company enter a joint venture or other relationship to provide this service? Responses to this market survey shall be e-mailed to the attention of Daniel Reinke, at daniel.reinke@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm CST December 15, 2017. No solicitation document is available now; this notice is to acquire information only. Vendors interested in providing an offer must respond to a solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
