- Order Data Sheet (ODS) Request for quote for 10 envelope gaskets This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N4523A18Q4005 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017. This solicitation is a UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 334419 and small business size standard is 750.
