- Request for Lease Proposals A summary of the space sought by the General Services Administration (GSA) is below. The Government's full requirements for this solicitation can be found in the RLP package attached to this notice. State: District of Columbia City: Washington Delineated Area: Central Employment Area Washington, DC Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): N/A Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): N/A Space Type: Parking Lot Parking Spaces (Total): A minimum of 175 spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): 175 spaces Full Term: 3 years Firm Term: A minimum of 1.5 Years - Target Firm Term 2 Years Option Term: N/A Mandatory Occupancy Date: January 31, 2017 Additional Requirements: This will be a Turn-Key Lease to be used as a truck screening facility with the following specifications: •· Parking Lot must have the infrastructure to accommodate an air-conditioned 50' x 12' trailer of office and related space, to include power for basic office (IT equipment), and small appliances (refrigerator and microwave), lighting for trailer and lot, sewage and land line telephone connection. •· Lot must have a turning radius to accommodate a 45' truck. •· Lot must be secured by an above ground fence. •· A concrete pad in the following dimensions: Length: 100 feet; Width 30 feet, must be provided in a location to be identified by the Government in early Spring of 2017. The purpose of the concrete pad is to prevent asphalt from sinking in by repeated use of large 18-wheeler trucks.
