STATEMENT OF WORK The Fargo VA Health Care System (FVAHCS) seeks a subscription service solution to provide broad scope access to Physicians indicating a potential availability for a career at the Fargo VA Health Care System (VAHCS). The vendor shall provide the Fargo VAHCS access to a Web Based, vendor managed database of candidates that share their resume and profile information in limited access forum to secure quality talent for VA Physician Staffing needs. 1) Objectives Subscription based access to a Career Advancement Resource for Physicians, an On-Line Web Based Physician Talent Research and Recruiting service. Provide VA Physician Recruiter and/or other Designee secure access to Physician Profiles to include Resumes and other data outlined in the Salient Characteristics. Conform to requirements as outlined by statute, VHA regulations and directives and local policies. 2) Scope 1. Access to a Career Advancement Resource for Physicians, a global and functional web based recruiting tool, is necessary to effectively research potential staffing availability.
