Point of Contact: Kevin H Williams Email: kevin.h.williams@dla.mil Description of requirements: Purchase of Additional Tooling for a WFL Millturn VIBB 16-20-12081 dated 21 JUNE, 2017. Performance period/completion date is 60 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Jacksonville, FL 32212-0016. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of order. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/ on December 11, 2017. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitation are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted to the point of contact listed above no later than the closing date and time listed as the closing response date listed above. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management, ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All proposals received after the closing date listed may be considered "late" and may not be considered for award. Archiving Policy: Automatic/15 days after response date.
