THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms that are capable of providing the supplies described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Quote. The FSC for this requirement is 9130. The NAICS for this requirement is 325998 with a size standard of 500 employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. The result of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) platform for acquiring services at https://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government will not obligate to and will not pay for information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought. INTRODUCTION Requirement Overview: The Naval Air Station, Key West, FL 33040, requires consistent, uninterruptible deliveries of Propane (LP), to the following four (4) locations for Navy Gateway Inn Suites (NGIS) listed below with proposed average monthly gallons: Boca Chica Visitors Quarters, Building A-727, 482 gallons per month Truman Annex, Building 1350, Oceanside (Beachside), 792 gallons per month Truman Annex, Buildings 438 and 439, 524 gallons per month Trumbo Point, Fly Navy, Building C-2076, 4202 gallons per month ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Term of contract is for a base period of twelve (12) months, starting 01 October 2018 through 30 September 2019 with four (4) one-year option periods as follows: Base year: 1 Oct 2018 “ 30 Sep 2019 Option I:1 Oct 2019 “ 30 Sep 2020 Option II:1 Oct 2020 “ 30 Sep 2021 Option III:1 Oct 2021 “ 30 Sep 2022 Option IV:1 Oct 2022 “ 30 Sep 2023 REQUIREMENTS See at Attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The contract type is anticipated to be a firm fixed price (FFP). These supplies shall be delivered to Naval Air Station Key West, Florida, 33040 to the sites indicated in the Draft SOW. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office the Company ™s profile to include the number of employees, business size, CAGE number and DUNS number. The response to the Sources Sought shall be sent via email to Tamela Lewis at tamela.t.lewis1@navy.mil. Submissions must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 18 December 2017.
