- DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 5998-01-189-4663. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approval sources(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source(s) is Woodward HRT Inc. (81873) P/N 40888 Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. The applicable North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 334412 with a business size of 750. This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposals abstracts or quotations. No solicitation exist at this time. The purpose of this notice is obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this this potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received potential contract.
