Technical Exhibit F-1 - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit F - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit E-1 - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit E - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit D-1 - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit D - Room Specifications Technical Exhibit C - Room Specifications Performance Work Statement This posting constitutes a Sources Sought in accordance with FAR 19.202-2. This Sources Sought serves as information gathering at the current stage of Market Research for this requirement. The Government is attempting to find prospective businesses (Large or Small) who may be interested in competing for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Conferencing Infrastructure Modernization and Collaboration Space Modernization for Headquarters, United States Army Europe. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details on this requirement. Headquarters United States Army Europe is seeking responses from all capable sources. An Industry Day will be held on 11-12 January 2018. After the Industry Day has been conducted, a solicitation announcement may be published in the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov/ at a future date. This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. Responses to this notice must include the following information: Company name, Address, Point of Contact, capability to provide the services described in the PWS, and proposed solution which meets the requirments of the PWS. A brief summary of proposed solution(s) is all that is needed versus a detailed proposal. If more information is needed you will be contacted. Please remember to provide Points of Contact for your company and phone numbers. Interested parties responding to this Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice shall submit all information and responses by Email to the points of contact identified below. Phone and/or hand written responses will not be accepted. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by the respondents to the Sources Sought request, it is strictly voluntary. The Government will treat all responses in a confidential manner, and will not release this information to the public. Background: USAREUR Headquarters Support Division is preparing to modernize its video teleconferencing and collaboration spaces and would like help from vendors determining the best solution. Headquarters Support Division requests that vendors review the provided Performance Work Statement and applicable Technical Exhibits. Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services as required to deliver solutions for two categories. Category 1: (Conferencing Infrastructure Modernization) The contractor shall provide services for design, engineering, configuration, component selection, installation, maintenance, warranty support, and product upgrade/refreshes and training for the United States Army Europe Video Teleconferencing Infrastructure. Video Teleconferencing Infrastructure can be broadly defined as solutions that supports; VTC Scheduling, VTC Bridging, Gateway, Interoperability and Collaboration Tools. USAREUR's VTC Infrastructure requirements are focused primarily on two separate networks; US Army NIPRNET and US Army SIPRNET. It is expected that the contractor will provide proposals for two (2) separate sets of core infrastructure as the target networks are completely logically and physically separated. Note: There are specific instances where the infrastructure will be required to maintain compatibility with standards based cross domain solutions (detailed as needed below). Category 2: (Collaboration Space Modernization) USAREUR HSD is seeking commercial quality integration design and installation by a professional Audio/Video System provider for their collaboration space modernization project encompassing twenty-nine (29) total conference rooms and one (1) large operations center. Vendors should focus specifically on Audiovisual (A/V) Systems; design, engineering, configuration, component selection, installation, maintenance, warranty support, and product upgrade/refreshes of existing A/V systems. The contractor shall review the current A/V system and repair/update/upgrade the systems to modern standards return to full operational functionality to ensure that A/V setup is fully functional. Notification of vendors intent to attend industry must be submitted, via email, to include the names of all attendees. Each interested vendor is limited to two attendees.
