- N00164-18-G-WS14-0002 - SOLE SOURCE - Technical Data Package (TDP) procurement and Engineering Services for the AN/USC-62 Joint Tactical Terminal-Senior Radio (JTT-SR) System and Subassemblies- FSC R425 - NAICS 334511 Synopsis Issue Date: 12 December 2017 - Closing Date: 27 December 2017 - 1400 EST (EST) Anticipated RFP Issue Date: 28 December 2017 - Closing Date: 31 January 2018 - 1400 EST (EST) ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for TDP procurement and Engineering Services in support of its role as the Repair Depot Activity (RDA) for the AN/USC-62 JTT-SR System and Subassemblies. The proposed contract action is for the TDP procurement and Engineering Services supporting the JTT-SR for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Raytheon Company, 7887 Bryan Dairy Rd, Largo, Florida 33777-1444, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source. This is being issued as a sole sourced based on the life cycle, logistics and proprietary data that is a part of the system being procured would result in a substantial duplication of cost to recreate. The solicitation will not be posted to FedBizOpps website but will be available upon request and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be executed via an amendment. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
