We are seeking information for market research purposes only. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting market research on behalf of Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Richmond VA, through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses who can provide the BRAND NAME ONLY item(s) listed below: 1012-9650-000 GE CARESTATION 650 Al (with Accessories) 2 EA All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to melisha.evans@va.gov. Your response is required by 4:00PM on December 21, 2017. This is strictly market research and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
