Questions for Printer Maintenance RFQ 1. Will there be a place (closet or room) to store spare parts. (A) No 2. What is the dollar amount of the current contract? (A) Entire contract amount =$331,248.00 3. What is the current contract number? (A) VA248-13-P-1453 4. Is the contract available for viewing? (A) No, we are only authorized to give contract number, awarded vendor, and dollar amount. 5. Who is the current contract holder? (A)-Imaging Experts of Florida 6.  Do you have a list of printer locations or have a breakdown of how many printers are at each location? (A) Yes. See updated attachment 1 labeled Printer Scanner List 7.  Is all the equipment up and running?       (A) Yes 8. Is this the same equipment as last year's contract? (A) For the most part. Some printers have been acquired since Jan 2017 but we have also excessed some printers. 9. Is there a service/repair history report available?       (A) Yes, see attachment labeled Printer Maintenance History -*Please note, Attachment 1 labeled Printer Scanner List has been updated as of 12/18/2017* -*PWS was also amended to correct period of performance, no other changes were made*
