Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office Eight (8) intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Mold/Asbestos Remediation services. The number of BPAs to be established is estimated at three (3), however the Government has the right to establish more than or less than three if determined to be advantageous to the Government. The Government anticipates a Fixed- Price BPA for five (5) years period of performance, subject to annual reviews. The establishment of the BPAs does not imply any agreement on the Government to place future orders with the BPA holder or actual amount of work to be ordered. The solicitation will be issued electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about December 26, 2017. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Quotations will be issued as 100% Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-A-Side. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 562910 is 750 Employees. Pertinent information is listed below: Contractor s must have a valid DUNS number. Request DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Federal Government. Register at: https://www.sam.gov/. To be eligible for an award, an offeror must be registered and verified with the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) - Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Public/Register/Register.aspx.
