- N0016418RJV27 - FUEL TEST STAND COMPONENETS - FSC 4910 - NAICS 336310 Issue Date: 12 JAN 2018 - Closing Date: 12 FEB 2018 - 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for procurement of FUEL Test Stand components to complete assembly for Fuel Test Stands for United States Marine Corps. This procurement will be used to purchase the integration components to complete production of the FUEL Test Stands. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336310, Motor Vehicle Gasoline Engine and Engine Parts Manufacturing has a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources IAW FAR 6.2. It is anticipated this requirement will be set aside for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Delivery Terms are F.O.B. Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The anticipated award date is 30 April 2018. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
