- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Accenture Federal Services, LLC. at 800 North Glebe Road, Suite #200, Arlington, Virginia 22203 for DISA Task Management Tool (DTMT) Sustainment for DISA, Services Directorate, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)/Process Improvement Division (SE5). These services are required to support and operate the DTMT including software assurance support for the 3,750 licenses. This includes supporting the DTMT infrastructure at Defense Enterprise Computing Center Oklahoma (DECC Oklahoma), and continuing the management, operation, and customization of the system based on DISA directorates requirements. The resulting contract will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis. The period of performance is for a six (6) month base period and one three (3) month option period. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the limited source authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably capable due to the proprietary nature of the requested services and no other sources would be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements.
