- NSN: 1560-01-444-6994; Radome; WSIC: L IQC: 1000062084; Issue Date:1/5/18; Closing Date: 2/5/18 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This procurement is unrestricted. The NSN is export controlled and requires a Government First Article Test. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be January 5, 2018 with a closing date on February 5, 2018.
