- RFP Attachment B - Clauses RFP Attachment A - SOW RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 70Z02318RAHH00400 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is a Full and Open Competition and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract for the purchase of flight critical components for the Service Life Extension Project (SLEP) in order to extend the MH-65 Short Range Recovery (SRR) aircraft's service life into the late 2030s. These components are commercial item floor panels identified as: Floor, FR2000 to FR3205, LH P/N 366A21-0102-1301; Floor, FR2000 to FR3205, RH P/N 366A21-0102-1001; Floor FR2247 to FR3205, Center P/N 366A21-0104-05. The contractor must be FAA Part 145 and AS9100 approved. Additionally, only parts presently approved for the USCG H-65 will be considered. Due to the nature of public use aircraft, the USCG approves parts under its own airworthiness authority by utilizing the standards directed by the FAA and EASA.
