- Performance Work Statement THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a single source contract with Quest Government Services Inc. The Bureau of Reclamation Denver Corporate Office is responsible for providing data communications services to the Denver Office and other geographically dispersed regional offices. Most of these services (when applicable) will transition to the GSA Networx Universal contract. Note: Due to the remoteness of some Reclamation offices, the carrier infrastructure will not support the migration of services to the GSA Networx contract. Local services (such as PRI), are not available under the GSA Networx contract. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is intended to provide IT data solutions and services to the Bureau of Reclamation. These IT services include data communications related services, necessary to maintain the operational, managerial, and information management requirements of the organization. The geographic scope of this requirement includes the Continental United States (CONUS). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Melissa Marrero-Diaz at mmarrerodiaz@usbr.gov by 11:00 AM MT, December 28, 2017, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
