NOTICE INFORMATION SOLICITATION: NIHLM20171220 TITLE: OD-PMI AV EQUIPMENT LANGUAGE: The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire Audio/Visual equipment needed to refurbish the conference room of Building One (1). The technology will benefit NIH's All of Us initiative providing conference rooms which fully integrate with Unified Communications Platform. The solicitation number is NIHLM20171220. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 532490; Small Business Size: $32.5. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The place of acceptance and FOB point is Destination. FOB Destination on offers are desired. Offers submitted on a basis other than FOB Destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail or fax) to Damian Hurge, damian.hurge@nih.gov no later than December 22, 2017, 12:00 am EST. Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, with acceptable past performance. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. Selection and award will be award will be based on Delivery being priority, cost and other factors considered; Also, the award will be made to that offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factors of proposed technical merit, price, and past performance. Offers are due no later than December 26, 2017, 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Offers shall be emailed to: Damian Hurge, damian.hurge@nih.gov. This synopsis shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any).
