- New Iberia, LA Iberia Parish Delineated Area Map U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: New Iberia, Louisiana County: Iberia Parish Maximum Useable Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,000 ABOA Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to Exceed 3,990 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Space to include 800 sq ft warehouse with 3,500 sq ft fenced, hard surface, lighted parking compound. Parking Spaces (Total Surface): Twenty (20) spaces under rent Full Term: 10-Years (120-Months) Termination Rights: 120-days' in whole or in part Delineated Area: To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries as provided below: West Starting at the intersection of Emile Verret Rd & LA-86 go west on LA-86 Turn right on E. Main St. Turn left on S. Landry Dr. Head southwest on S. Landry Dr. to Admiral Doyle Dr. South Starting at the intersection of S. Landry Dr. and Admiral Doyle Dr. go south on Admiral Doyle Dr. Turn right onto LA-14 Turn left to merge onto US-90 E East From the intersection of LA-14 and US-90 go east on US-90 Take exit 130 and turn left onto Weeks Island Rd. Continue straight onto Jefferson Terrace Blvd. Turn right onto E. Admiral Doyle Dr. Turn left onto Nelson Canal Rd. North From the intersection of E. Admiral Doyle Dr. and Nelson Canal Rd. head north on Nelson Canal Rd. Continue North onto Emile Verret Rd. until you reach LA-86. The lease term will be for a 10-year term Occupancy is required by 07/13/2018. Expressions must be received by 01/12/2018 and must include the following: • Building Name and Address and location of available space within the building; • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • Date of space availability • Amount of parking available on-site. • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided. • Owner's name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
