- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the following: The interest and capability of small business, especially service disabled veteran owned small business and veteran owned small business; Whether the business source is a manufacturer or authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer; and Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113 for the proposed acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking potential sources for an Ultra Clean Systems, Inc. Triton 72 Ultrasonic Cleaning System, brand name or equal, to be provided for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. All items shall be new; refurbished/used items are not acceptable. Brand name or equal requirements: Part Number Description Quantity 6003000805 Triton 72 Automatic Double Basin Ultrasonic Cleaning System with 1-Year Warranty 1 EA 6003000832 Triton 72 UCS Verify Software 1 EA 7757-I-TR72 Installation of Triton 72 Ultrasonic Cleaning System 1 JB Trade-In Trade-In Credit for Existing Ultrasonic Cleaner PM#6530-22468 1EA Ultrasonic cleaning system shall contain the following salient characteristics: The Triton 72 is a large capacity Floor Model Ultrasonic Cleaning System featuring two independent cleaning basins, each with an automatic tray elevator for ease of use and operator safety. This model is validated for cleaning all daVinci ® S/Si and Xi Robotic instruments. Each automatic tray elevator will accommodate a maximum of three instrument trays of various types. Six (6) lumen trays can be cleaned simultaneously.
