- DRAFT PWS CAPABILITIES QUESTIONNAIRE The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Huntsville is hereby releasing this Request for Information (RFI) in support of a White House Headquarters Services (WHS) requirement. A requirement exists to procure and establish cloud services to manage IT business systems more efficient, cost effective, scalable, reliable and gain quick access to new advance technology to meet agency mission. These cloud services are SaaS for IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA, and PaaS for Actuate (BIRT) and SMS Builders. Business concerns are encouraged to respond to this request if they are interested in receiving the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the requirement described in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1, and are highly encouraged to complete and return the RFI Questionnaire Attachment 2. This is a new requirement; there is no incumbent contractor. The procurement method for this requirement has not yet been finalized. The information resulting from this RFI will assist the Government in finalizing its overall acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this announcement. The NAICS code may be one of the following: 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services 541519 Other Computer Related Services This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). No quotes will be accepted at this time. The estimated RFP posting date is, at present, undetermined. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not pay for any preparation costs associated with this RFI. All timely responses will be considered. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Extraneous materials (brochures, manuals, etc.) will not be considered. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested firms. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by 5:00 PM CST on 26 January 2018 to Arlene Brown at arlene.c.brown@usace.army.mil and Christopher Barnett at Christopher.M.Barnett@usace.army.mil Questions concerning this announcement will be due by 2:00 CST on 23 January 2018 and no further questions will be addressed after this date. Agency will not respond to any questions as a result of this RFI. Questions will be used to refine the requirement.
