Description

This modification is to clarify page 53, 11 (e), multiple quotations. To also clarify the following. An error was made in leaving 11 (e) on page 53, Please do not submit multiple quotations. Quotations should be submitted in accordance with the price structure on pages 22 27. Also, please note that all totals are yearly. As noted on page 52, questions needed to be submitted 5 days before the close of the solicitation, which is December 22, 2017 @ 5PM. As noted on pages 18, 22 and 52 pricing on all items must be submitted.
