Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 8,000 8,400 (net usable square feet) NUSF space in SOMERSWORTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be Class A medical space. All space on one floor; ground level required and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 32 (thirty two) vehicles is required, of which at least 3 (three) spaces must be ADA compliant. All parking will be included in the lease. The lease term requirement is for a firm 10 years with two 5 year option terms. Response to Request for Lease Proposal including all attachments and Lease is required by 5:00 PM (EST) on January 19, 2018.
