- A custom dolly that can be incorporated under the standard door bundle through use of the A7A Cargo Sling. Caster Assisted A-Series Delivery System (CAADS) The 900th Contracting Battalion (CBN), Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB), Fort Bragg, NC is requesting information as a means of conducting market research. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified business sources to support the requirement of Caster Assisted A-Series Delivery System (CAADS) for Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Services Requested: Construct and deliver 948 CAADS which are designed as a custom dolly that can be incorporated under the standard door bundle through use of the A7A Cargo Sling. By increasing ease and efficiency of exiting door bundles we will be able to deliver 3 times as many bundles in roughly the same time as we currently average for single bundles. Please see attached slide deck for dimensions and requirements. No proposals are requested by this announcement; all responses shall be solely in the form of information and materials. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or to award any contract on the basis of this Request for Information. Further, the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals or any cost or pricing data. Contractors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Request for Information. All costs associated with responding to this Request for Information will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name 2) Address 3) Email address 4) Web site address 5) Telephone number 6) Size and type of ownership for the organization 7) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide Basic Life Support Services. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Army has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
