Needed: Hydroquinone 4% Cream 30GM, Coal Tar 2%/Salicylic Acid Shampoo, Diclofenac NA 25MG EC Tablet Vendors are encouraged to submit alternate NDC s for approval/technical acceptability on or before the quotation due date and time of close December 29, 2017 @ 5 PM CST.
