- Item Description: Acquisition is for NSN: 4810-016077882, Directional Control Linear Valve, being bought in accordance with: Transdigm, Inc.; Cage: 96124 - P/N: 512900-3; or Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Cage: 78286 - P/N: 70310-03104-103. The total quantity required is 55 units, delivery of 410 days. Items are shipping to W25G1U (Susquehanna), FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. on its issue date of January 12, 2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
