Solicitation Number/FBO Notice: 36C24518Q0053 Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs Office: Perry Point VA Medical Center Location: Perry Point, MD Response Date: Tues, 4 Jan 2018 at 12:00PM Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: J Maintenance, repair and rebuilding of equipment NAICS Code: 238990 Synopsis: The Dept of Veterans Affairs, in accordance with FAR 6.302, intends to make a sole source award to a firm with the capability of providing preventive maintenance to the Andover Continuum Controls located throughout Perry Point VA Medical Center. This is for the Andover Building Automation System. The anticipated source is Facility Engineering Services (FES), Corporate Office, 630 Main Street, Reisterstown, MD 21136. This is not a formal solicitation or request for quote. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government s intent to make a sole source award. Contractors who can provide the Dept of Veterans Affairs with the required services are invited to electronically submit an affirmative written response indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. Specifications for this requirement are as follows: The contractor shall provide maintenance, repair and technical support for Andover Continuum Controls located throughout the Perry Point VA Medical Center. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a Point of Contract (POC), telephone number, and electronic mail address (email). Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are US or foreign owned. Responses to this notice will be used to determine the availability of this type of service. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis and all responses will be considered by the agency.
