- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has awarded contract N00421-18-D-0010 to Antech Systems Inc. of Chesapeake, Virginia 23320, for on-going Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) operational maintenance and engineering training services. This effort was competed as a small business set-aside under solicitation N00421-16-R-0023 which resulted in the placement of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period. The contract will consist of cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) and cost reimbursement (non-fee bearing) line items and No t Separately Priced (NSP) CLINs for Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). This IDIQ contract vehicle will permit specific task orders to be issued that will reflect CLINs by funding type, based on the general tasking outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will leverage NAWCAD's core capabilities involving C4I engineering and information systems to provide innovative information management architectures relating to interactive information and learning products to support the warfighters. The contractor shall provide technical, engineering, and training support related to in-service product design and development; standards based operations and maintenance data archives; safety improvement tools; analysis of data processes; policy implementation; standards compliance; performance aids and product tools; and project estimating and scheduling. The contract was competed under NAICS 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M and PSC D302 - IT and Telecom- Systems Development. The Government has determined that the successful offeror, Antech Systems Inc. will provide the best value to the Government all factors considered. Antech's proposed cost/price has been determined to be fair and reasonable under this competition. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
