Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to recently submitted question from interested offerors and revise CLINs 0016, 1016, 2016, 3016 and 4016 for One (1) Lot of Parts. Solicitation Closing Date is January 05, 2018 at 5:00 pm EST! What is the VA s definition of grand total on page 91? Confusion is that 0001 and (0001 AA, 0001 AB & 0001 AC) are duplicative. Therefore to reach actual grand total, contract award, should we only add 0001 + 0002 + 0003.etc. and not the AA, AB & AC? The grand total amount on page 91 should reflect the total value of the contract duration, base period plus four (4) option periods. Please confirm that since 2 Semi Annual inspections are required that the other Semi Annual is included in the Annual CLIN. Semi Annual Inspection and One Annual Inspection are required. Do we include NY Sales tax in our bid or, can we obtain a tax exempt certificate from the VA upon contract award? Please see attached.
