Description

6.302-1 Redacted J&A The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification (P00019) under contract N00019-15-C-0112 to Raytheon Missile Systems, 1151 E. Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367 for additional technical support for the production closeout of Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154C-1 All up Round (AUR). This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
