- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services, Boston, MA; Roslindale, MA; Westwood, MA; and Medford, MA. This solicitation will be available on or about 18 January 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. THESE OFFICES ARE LESS THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET, AND WILL REQUIRE SERVICE TWO (2) DAYS Period of Performance: 01MAR-2018 through 28-FEB-2019 (365 days) (IN ADDITION, THE GOVERNMENT MAY EXERCISE TWO (2) OPTIONAL PERIODS WITHIN THE SAME SCOPE; WITH AN ADDITIONAL 12 MONTH PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR EACH OPTION.) Option One 01-MAR-2019 through 29-FEB-2020 Option Two 01-MAR-2020 through 28-FEB-2021 The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $18,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
