The NAICS is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Place of Performance: Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL 2080 Child Street Jacksonville, FL 32214 This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be issued for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may identify their interest to respond to this special notice, via email, no later than 10:00 am, January 9 th, 2018 to: norma.d.hernandez2.civ@mail.mil A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition is solely within the discretion of the Government.
