Description

The attached specification RPP-SPEC-60522, General Procurement Specification for Standard Nuclear, Grade High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters (For ASME AG-1, Section FC Compliant Filters) provided in this EOI represent a set of Buyer expectations that meets compliance with the ASME AG-1 Section FC specified performance, design, construction, acceptance, and testing requirements.. The procurement specification establishes performance, design, construction and testing requirements for Standard (ASME AG-1, Section FC compliant), Nuclear Grade, HEPA filters intended for use in Tank Operations Contractor (TOC) nuclear air-cleaning system applications. Filters procured per this specification meet Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Chapter 246-247 regulatory requirements for applying ASME AG-1 compliant abatement technology. This specification also incorporates select supplemental requirements from Department of Energy (DOE) standard, DOE-STD-3020-2015, Specification for HEPA Filters Used by DOE Contractors. Seller shall be responsible for design, fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, packaging, and shipping of HEPA filters in accordance with the ASME AG-1 requirements.
