Description

Statement of Work for May 2018 FMT event. The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer has a requirement for a venue that can hold training sessions to host 350 - 400 plus participants from May 21-23, 2018 in Washington DC. A Plenary Session Room that can hold 400 plus is needed with classroom style seating, 3 additional rooms are needed with a maximal capacity of 140 to hold concurrent Breakout Sessions with classroom style seating as well. The solicitation is issued as Full and Open. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about January 4, 2018. Quotes may be emailed to holly.votruba@ftc.usda.gov. Prospective contractors must be register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due by 10:00am (ET) on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
