- Attachment I - SOW Description: This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. At this time no solicitation exists. Therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested small businesses (e.g., 8(a)), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned) to provide Transit Benefit Services for the U.S. Census Headquarters, six (6) Regional Offices, and two (2) Data Centers. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this requirement are 561110, Office Administrative Services, and 519190, All Other Information Services. This Sources Sought Notice is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Codes. In addition to the tasks described in Attachment I, respondents shall include the following information: 1) Describe your company's ability and experience managing a similar program. 2) Describe your company's ability to provide transit services to the USCB, 6 Regional Offices, and 2 Data Centers identified in this sources sought notice. 3) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these services to include General Service Administration (GSA) Schedules, National Institute of Health (NIH) NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 4) Company Primary Point of Contact Name, Business Title, Email & Telephone Number 5) NAICS codes associated with the company 6) Recommended/suggested NAICS codes for this effort 7) Business Classification / Socio-Economic Status under NAICS Code 561110, Office Administrative Services 8) DUNS and CAGE Code Number; 9) Socio-economic categories associated with the company (i.e., SDB, WOSB, VOSB, etc.) Submission of Information: Interested companies responding to this sources sought notice must provide a capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Governments requirements specified in Attachment I. All respondents are requested to identify their firm's sizes and type of business. Brochures alone are not sufficient documentation for demonstration of capabilities. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not exceed 15 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirement specified above. A company that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice.
